Thermos Porridge

· 2 tablespoons Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Steel Cut Oats

· 1 tablespoon Bob’s Red Mill Organic Creamy Buckwheat

· 1 tablespoon Bob’s Red Mill Organic Brown Rice Farina

· 1 tablespoon Bob’s Red Mill Golden Flax Meal

· 2 tablespoons raisins

· 1⁄8 teaspoon cinnamon

· 1⁄8 teaspoon nutmeg, fresh ground

· a few drops vanilla


Fill the tea kettle with enough water to fill up your thermos twice. Boil the water. Fill the thermos with boiling water and set it aside, so it can heat up while you measure out the porridge ingredients.

Measure out all the ingredients into a bowl.

Dump out the water from the thermos, and put in the breakfast mix.

Fill with boiling water, leaving enough space to screw on the top.
